We stand behind Renavox Cutting Mix completely. If you have used the product consistently for at least 14 days and have not experienced any noticeable benefit, we will refund your purchase in full — no hassle, no hard feelings.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. You must have used the product for a minimum of 14 consecutive days. You must contact us at [your support email] with your order number and a brief description of your experience. This guarantee applies to first-time orders only. Customers who have previously received a refund on any Renavox product are not eligible for a second refund.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not require you to return the product to receive your refund. Requests submitted after 30 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations

Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where product use cannot be reasonably demonstrated or where we identify patterns of fraudulent or abusive claims. Customers who have received a refund on a previous Renavox order are not eligible for further refunds.
